PRODUCTS

What if I have food allergies?

Our products are not prepared in an allergen-free environment.

Anyone with a food allergy should refrain from consuming our products.

Do you do custom orders?

While we can cater to most dietary restrictions, we do not offer customization of our boxes, boards or tables.

How long after I receive my box/board should it be consumed?

Boxes can be consumed within 2 days if kept in a fridge.
Boards should be consumed within 2 hours of delivery or pick-up.

ORDERING

How many days in advance do I need to order a Graze box, board, or table?

Graze Boxes require 24 hours notice.
Graze Boards require 7 days notice.

Graze Tables require 10 days notice.

How do I order a Graze Box, Board, or Table?

Graze boxes, boards and tables can all be ordered through our website. Browse through our selection by hitting the "Menu" button to find what suits your needs best!

What if I need a Graze Board sooner than 7 days?

Kindly email The Graze Team at hello@thegrazecompany.com to inquire if we are able to accommodate a rush order.

PICK-UP & DELIVERY

Why can’t I pick-up the boxes containing alcohol?

Due to BC Liquor Regulations, it is against the law to offer pick-up of a box containing alcohol.

What are the pick-up and delivery hours?

Pick-up hours are between 10am and 2:30pm. Delivery options are a) delivery before 2:30pm or b) delivery before 5:30 p.m.

Where are you located for pick-up?

We are located at Unit 105, 3993 Henning Drive, Burnaby, BC.

Is there an additional fee for delivery?

Yes, we charge a delivery fee based on your location. Please enter your postal code at checkout and the delivery fee will be calculated.

RETURNING SERVING EQUIPMENT

Do I need to return all serving equipment?

Yes! This applies to Graze boards.

 

All Graze boards, serving equipment, and props are for hire only and must be returned within 72 hours of your event, or collected for a fee.

 

Items returned late will incur a $100 late fee.

Do I need to clean the equipment?

Yes!

 

All inventory hired to you must be washed in warm soapy water to remove any food remnants from the items. No cleaners of any sort should be used on our signature boards.

 

Items returned dirty will incur a $100 cleaning fee.

OTHER

Are you Food Safe Certified?

Yes!

 

All of our staff are Food Safe Certified, and we run our business in accordance with provincial regulations and bylaws.

 

All food is prepared and packaged in a commercial kitchen.

Is your business insured? 

Yes! We are an accredited, fully insured incorporation.
